1. Hearing Development
Your baby will start searching for the source of various sounds. If you play peek-a-boo and call out their name, they will turn all around and search for you.

Babies can track better and perceive distance. They now know when an object is nearby, within reach or far away.
3. Development of Smell
Sense of smell improves and plays a big role in a baby’s food choices.
4. Development of Taste
Your baby will be ready to try more food items and start liking new tastes. The palette will keep changing, so they might like sour today but hate it next week.
5. Development of Touch

At the end of 7th month, your baby will be able to
- Roll over both sides and both ways comfortably
- Sit up with very little or no support
- Reach for items out of reach
- Use words or babble continuously to communicate
- Show strong preferences towards people, colour, food and toys.
When Should You Consider Seeing the Doctor?
You must consult your pediatrician when your baby
- Does not roll over both sides yet
- Is unable to sit up even for a few seconds with support
